Team Management
The overall operation of the company is managed by motor racing
multi-titlist Frenchman, Philippe Descombes who has been raised in a
motor racing environment. His reputation as a racing instructor and
race team management expert dates back for many years. Among his
known traits is his dedication to succeed and keen attention to
detail. He was the man behind the launch of flourishing Chinese
racing driver Cheng CongFu career or Macau SAR official driver
Rodolfo Avila.
Frenchman Yannick Mazier leads a 12-man mechanics in the workshop
based at Zhuhai International Circuit. Experience gained from
previous assignments ensures Yannick is equipped with the necessary
background to contribute to the efficient operation of all of ART’s
racing vehicles.
With British F3 and IFM background Macanese racing driver Rodolfo
Avila train and coach novice and licensed drivers of all ages. He
brings his current international experiences to the newcomers in the
sport. Avila truly understands the importance of effective brand
representation in the highly-competitive world of motorsports and
integrates years of professional car racing and marketing experience
into every aspect of the team.
During the race weekends, the Team always gets a supplementary
cooperation from an Engineer coming from European championship.
