Josh Feng will join Asia Racing Team RFN for his debut season in the F4 Chinese Championship certified by FIA. The 15-year-old British-Chinese driver will line up alongside Zhuyuan Chen and Timur Shagaliev for the upcoming season, contesting the only single-seater championship in the People’s Republic of China.
Feng has progressed rapidly through the karting ranks, gaining valuable experience across both Asia and Europe in just eight months of competition. During that time, he has contested major international events including the IAME Asia Finals, the ROK Asia Finals and the Champions of the Future round in Macau, while also racing in the United Kingdom during the summer season.
Among his early highlights was a second-place finish in the Junior category at the CKEC event in Guangdong, along with a strong performance at the ROK Asia Finals where he crossed the line fifth.

Known for his ability to adapt quickly to new circuits and machinery, Feng now takes the next step in his career as he graduates to single-seaters. The 2026 season will focus on building experience and pace as he learns the demands of F4, working closely with the team to develop his racecraft, consistency and technical understanding.
Josh Feng said: “I’m really excited to join Asia Racing Team RFN and to work with Rodolfo and the squad. Moving into F4 is a big step and I know there’s a lot to learn. My goal this season is to make the most of every test and every race to keep improving. I want to absorb as much as possible from the team and build my pace step by step. I’ve learned a lot quickly over the past months in karting and I’ll bring the same mindset into F4, working hard on the simulator, fitness and data to keep progressing throughout the year.”

Team Manager Rodolfo Avila added: “We are delighted to welcome Josh to the team. It is part of our DNA to support young drivers as they move up the single-seater ladder. We had the chance to test him in Zhuhai and found a driver with a strong willingness to learn and improve. Rookie seasons are never easy, but we hope Josh will adapt quickly and deliver some strong performances during the year.”
The 2026 F4 Chinese Championship certified by FIA season will get underway at the Shanghai International Circuit on 17–19 April. The six-round calendar will also visit Tianjin V1 International Circuit, Ningbo International Speedpark, Hunan International Circuit, Chengdu Tianfu International Circuit and Zhuhai International Circuit.
