Asia Racing Team RFN is delighted to announce that Chinese karter Zhuyuan Chen will join the team for the 2026 season, marking his debut in the F4 Chinese Championship certified by FIA.
The 20-year-old has built an impressive reputation in karting, both in China and on the international stage, and will step up to single-seater racing with the multiple championship-winning open-wheel outfit. Chen will contest the 2026 season in China’s premier single-seater category.
Chen began karting in 2017 at the age of 11 and quickly progressed into competition. In 2019, he claimed the Chinese Rotax Max Junior Championship and went on to represent China at the Rotax World Cup in Italy. Continuing his upward trajectory, he secured the Chinese Karting Championship (CKC) title in the Senior category in 2023.
He now joins one of China’s most successful single-seater teams, Asia Racing Team RFN, for the 2026 F4 Chinese Championship. The team has enjoyed sustained success in the series, accumulating numerous race wins and championship trophies since its debut in 2015.

Team Manager Rodolfo Avila commented: “We are delighted to welcome Zhuyuan Chen to Asia Racing Team RFN. He has shown strong potential and a mature approach during testing, and we believe this environment will allow him to continue his development while competing at a high level. We are excited to help him take the next step in his career. His professionalism and commitment make him an outstanding addition to our 2026 programme.”

Zhuyuan Chen added: “I am very pleased to be joining Asia Racing Team RFN to compete in F4 in 2026. During my first F4 test, team coach Rodolfo gave me a great deal of valuable advice, which helped me adapt more quickly to formula car racing. The 2026 F4 Chinese Championship will be a completely new challenge for me. There is a lot to learn and adapt to, but I will give my absolute best to fight for the top step of the podium. I would also like to thank everyone who has supported me along the way.”
